Leadership Training

High element challenge
The high element challenge is a great activity to build on Leadership values for various managerial positions in the organization or uprising talents to such position. Through this session participants will be able to challenge themselves to new heights, literally! The course is a daunting 3 stories high, obstacle filled monster which is always ready for the next challenger. Participants will be able to challenge themselves to overcome personal fears and to fully understand the vital value of a leader – "Leading by example".
Laser Warfare Training
Laser Warfare Training is derived from the structures of a typical war scenario with at least 2 teams going against each other. State-of-the-art Combat Skirmish laser guns will be issued to teams and scenarios which allows participants to play the roles of important key figures in the team. Leaders will be able to formulate strategies and make on the ground calls which would enhance their ability to react on the go! Facilitators will take the role of an observer for feedback to the participants thus ensuring take back of valuable lessons.
Lost and Found
Many teams have experienced growth through shared hardship and common experience in their work. Deeper understanding and communication amongst peers are derived from such situations thus enhancing their working performance. In this program, participants are led to isolated locations in Pulau Ubin and their sole objectives are survival and completing challenges thrown at them. This session would be conducted in a controlled environment where facilitators would be following the teams throughout the session. Observations of participants and any leader figures could also be highlighted. Teams would be given ad-hoc station tasks through the facilitators to test their cohesiveness and ability to react on the spot.

Communication Training

Builder Quest
This game focuses on the team dynamics and day-to-day relations between colleagues in an office environment. Apart from the main task of building, as its name suggests, additional scenarios depicting a real-life office environment will be thrown into play while observations will be done on the participants' actions and reactions on each presented scenario. This game will be able to foster better understanding between colleagues, working together in diversion, multi-tasking within a team and improving day-to-day communications and correspondence.
Low Elements Challenge
WOW Consultant's Low elements programs are in the following format which can be selected according to the level of difficulty by the client: Casualty Evacuation Teams would be given a scenario at the low element course where 1 of their participants is injured and he/she would need to be carried out in a make shift stretcher through a series obstacles. Materials would be given to the participants to make a stretcher and they would need to plan and execute the crossing through the obstacles. This physically and mentally demanding activity would push your team to the limit and further reinforce on the "Never Say Die" and "Leave No Man Behind" spirit. Monopoly Extreme This activity builds on the concept of the game Monopoly where capital management and purchase planning is important. Teams are given the options to buy materials to aid them to cross the obstacles at the low element course. However, they must remember that sometimes having more materials does not necessarily mean it is good for the team.
Office Mechanics
This activity is ideal for improving communications across teams, departments and colleagues. Participants will be exposed to different conflict management skills to resolve cross departmental issues, and how to improve communications within peers. The session would involve a series of short activities that are customized as case studies for participants to study on. The facilitator would use different behavioural models to further enhance the take away for the session.

New Team Training

Tubular Connections
Pipes are tools valued by engineers as connectors to transport valuable resources from 1 point to another. The WOW Consultants derived the same concept to use pipes as a connection between working peers to build on working relationship. Session would revolve around the pipes where tasks will be given to participants to build structures using the pipes. Exciting challenges will be introduced which are ideal to create that mutual chemistry important in a team.
Amazing Race
Using the DISC model, teams would be able to better understand different characteristics of roles in a team. By fully understanding this, new teams would be able to function better with mutual respect across the ground. By implementing this model to work, Amazing Race will give an ideal scenario where teams would need to make joint decision and work towards a common objective. With different strengths, participants will be able to assist and complement each other during the task.

Combat Skirmish Laser Tag Games

Soccer Golf is here to bridge the gap! We combine the easy entry level of soccer and the precision and skills required to get the soccer ball into the hole. An addictive game that constantly triggers players to do better every time they are on the course. What we love best is that all our games are coupled with a few drinks (beer for that matter) to loosen up the whole atmosphere as you play the game with your family, friends, colleagues or even your partner. There will be lots of laughter and excitement as your whole team conquers the holes one by one.
