- Actively involved in works of youth since 1996 in The Boys' Brigade and People's Association.
- Attained Instructor Level for Canoeing in 1998, Ropes Elements in 2004 and Scuba Diving in 2004 and trained teams for adventure races.
- Attained First Aider Certification in 2000.
- Received numerous awards for leadership and excellent performance during schooling days.
- Taken up leadership roles as young as primary school days till current.
- Chief Trainer in PA for Combat Strategy Tactics.
- Vast Experience in designing and conducting outdoor events for schools and corporate companies

Mr. Tony Loo
- Actively involved in outdoor adventure activities and committee since 2000 in Outward Bound School and Outdoor Adventure Club.
- Attained certification for Kayaking in 2001 and Scuba Diving in 2005.
- Attained coaching and facilitator certification in 2003 with Kaplan Singapore.
- Attained First Aider Certification in 2007.
- Assume role of Instructor for Officer Cadet School from 2003 – 2004.
- President of Outdoor Adventure Club from 2004 – 2005.
- Invited by organisation such as Clementi Neighbourhood Police and Singapore Institute of Management to organise school camps in 2004.
- Taken up appointment as Operations Executive for school camps and corporate companies teambuilding events since 2005

- Actively serving in the Boys' Brigade since 1996 as a Boys' Brigade Officer handling youths.
- Actively serving in Living Praise Presbyterian Church since 1992 under many portfolios, organised camps for all ages, family day events, and worked with children, youths and adults.
- Taught in a school for 8 years and freelance tutor since 1996.

- Served as Royal Marines Commando and awarded with leadership excellence during the tour from 2006 – 2010.
- Attained Bronze and Silver in the Uniformed Services Challenge in the Outdoor adventures Advanced Southern UK final- 2006
